Weezer is a Grammy nominated American rock band from Los Angeles, California formed in 1992 by Rivers Cuomo (lead vocals, guitar), Patrick Wilson (drums, backing vocals), Matt Sharp (bass, backing vocals), and Jason Cropper (guitar, backing vocals), with the last two replaced by Mikey Welsh and Brian Bell, respectively. Mikey Welsh was later replaced with Scott Shriner.

Sa mga hindi nakaabot, hindi nakabalita ,o hindi alam na may banda na nabuo nuong 1994, ang mga BEM-H.S sa new era university..hayaan nyong ipakilala ko sa inyo ang bandang DEADNAILS.
Oct 29,1994 sa parang marikina nabuo sa hindi inaasahang pagkakataon (dahil sa isang h.s. project) ang bandang DEADNAILS.Sina gerson nonato-guitar,reynald caladiao-bass,erzon quintana-drums,jayson antonio-guitar at jeff sarmiento-vocals.
trip-trip lang ..walang seryosohan..nakikiuso lang!
nuong mga panahon na yon,isa ang L.A.105.9 sa mga sikat na rock station..nag hahanap sila ng mga bagong banda,unsigned artist or in short mga bagito sa music industry.
dahil nakikiuso,nag submit ang grupo ng DEMO TAPE sa radio station.after 2 weeks tinawagan sila ni ramon zialcita,isa sa mga dj ng radio station.interesado daw ang VICOR MUSIC CORP.pinag demo ulit sila..
To cut the story short,tinanggap nila ang record deal sa VICOR..10 song self titled album ang kanilang inilabas.
pero wala sa isip nila na gawin iyong hanap-buhay. trip-trip lang …walang seryosohan…nakikiuso lang!
